Big Bale Co (south) Ltd have established a very successful and mutually beneficial partnership with Harper Adams University, Shropshire, offering year long placements to students. The practical knowledge, business skills and work experience gained while at Big Bale complements the student’s academic learning and gives the student an introduction into the Agricultural Engineering Industry.
Each student upon their return to university, completes a dissertation as part of their degree course. After discussion all of the students to date have chosen a project that is specific to Big Bale. We are constantly impressed with the professional approach with which the students undertake their dissertation; the conclusion of their project is invariably incorporated into our business.
