Big Bale Transtacker is owned and run by Big Bale Co South Ltd. Big Bale South have been designing and manufacturing the Transtacker since 2009 near Southampton.
Allows you to prioritise bale chasing with any make or method of bale collector to clear the fields fast and protect the bales from the weather, moving the pre-formed stacks at a later date.
Use the weigh scale as a management tool to achieve and maintain an agreed weight. The operator can keep the bales within the accepted range by changing the variables available to them ie Plunger load, forward speed etc.
On the MF 2200 series balers from 2023 model year onwards, the standard 600/50-22.5 cross ply tyres can be changed for 620/50 R-22.5 radials. The rim and offset combination maintains the same overall baler width.
On the MF 2200 series balers up to and including model year 2022, the standard 500/45-22.5 cross ply tyres can be changed for 620/40 R-22.5 radials. This change will increase the overall width by approximately 200mm.
To ease attaching/un-attaching the baler from your tractor, consider a 80mm ball hitch. You may need a spacer as well to maintain the stated measurement for the PTO length.
